TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Scope of Services
Trampoline provides travel planning, advisory, and concierge services. This includes curated itineraries, destination guidance, activity recommendations, and coordination with verified local partners.
Note: We do not issue air tickets, book hotels directly, or operate tours.
2. Consulting Nature of Engagement
All suggestions and recommendations are non-binding and serve to enhance client experience. Any final bookings, payments, or contracts with third-party vendors are the client’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Client Responsibility
Clients are expected to:
Confirm all bookings made independently or through third parties.
Ensure travel documents, visas, and insurance are in order.
Disclose medical or special requirements relevant to trip planning.
4. Third-Party Coordination
We may recommend or connect clients with trusted service providers. Trampoline is not liable for:
Delays, disruptions, or dissatisfaction related to services provided by third parties.
Acts beyond our control, including force majeure, cancellations, or government restrictions.
5. Fees and Payment
All consulting fees are to be agreed upon in advance.
Fees may vary based on the complexity, duration, and scope of the planning required.
Fees are non-refundable once the consultation or planning process has commenced.
PRIVACY POLICY
Trampoline values your trust and is committed to protecting your privacy.
1. Information Collected
We may collect personal information such as:
Name, contact number, email, and postal address.
Travel preferences, family/travel companion details.
Relevant medical/dietary or special needs (shared voluntarily).
2. Use of Information
The information is used strictly to:
Understand your travel preferences.
Curate a suitable and personalized travel plan.
Liaise with relevant third-party partners (only with your consent).
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Information is shared only:
With your consent.
With third-party vendors essential to fulfilling the travel experience.
4. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security for transmissions over the internet.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
1. Consulting & Planning Fees
All consultation and itinerary design fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
In cases of cancellation before planning begins, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion, subject to administrative deductions.
2. Third-Party Services
Cancellations or refunds for bookings made through or with third-party vendors (e.g., DMCs, hotels, transport providers) are subject to the respective vendor’s terms and conditions.
Trampoline is not responsible for:
Refund disputes
Processing or follow-up on cancellations unless explicitly included in the service agreement
3. Rescheduling or Postponement
We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests. However, additional charges may apply depending on the stage of planning or third-party coordination involved.
4. Refund
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Non refundable components (eg. certain service fees, visa fees, etc) are not eligible for refunds.
Trampoline reserves the right to charge a cancellation processing fees over and above supplier penalties.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 working days, subject to supplier settlement.
5. Force Majeure
Trampoline shall not be held liable for non-performance or delays resulting from events beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.).
